Who is eligible to participate in the Program?

The Program is open exclusively to individual UK residents aged 18 or older who hold a valid Lavazza.co.uk Private account and have agreed to the Program's Terms. The Program is not open to corporations, associations, groups, or other legal entities, nor to employees, contractors, or subcontractors of Lavazza.

How can I earn Beans while purchasing Lavazza products?

You can earn Beans while purchasing Lavazza products on lavazza.co.uk or by buying Lavazza products from physical stores in the UK during the validity period. The number of Beans awarded is based on the purchase amount, calculated after deducting taxes, discounts, and any other reductions. The amount of Beans you earn will be updated in your account within 30 days.

How do I earn Beans from online purchases on lavazza.co.uk?

When you buy products on www.lavazza.co.uk, Beans will be automatically added to your account, and you will earn 1 Bean for each £1 spent. For example, if you spend £16.98, you will earn 16 Beans. Shipping costs are not included when calculating the Beans earned from your purchase.

The number of Beans available for each purchase or Mission are subject to change at any time. Remember, your Beans expire on each anniversary of the date you joined the Program.

What happens to my Beans if I cancel or return an order on lavazza.co.uk?

If you cancel or return an order on lavazza.co.uk, the Beans earned from that purchase will be erased. Your Beans balance will be updated accordingly when the return or cancellation is processed.

How do I earn Beans from physical store purchases?

To earn Beans, you must make purchases from Waitrose, Sainsbury's, ASDA, Tesco, Morrison's, Co-op, Lakeland, Argos, or Costco in the UK. When you buy Lavazza products from these stores, you’ll earn 1 Bean for every £1 spent. For example, if you spend £16.98, you’ll earn 16 Beans. To collect your Beans, simply upload a photo of your receipt and its details. You can earn up to 100 Beans per receipt and upload up to 5 receipts per month. Please note that the number of Beans available for each purchase or Mission may change at any time. Also, remember that your Beans will expire on the anniversary of the date you joined the program.

How do I earn Beans from Lavazza Capsule purchases?

To earn additional Beans, upload the code found in the box of Lavazza A Modo Mio capsules or Lavazza capsules compatible with Nespresso* Original machines. You will earn 1 Bean for each capsule contained in the box. Each code can be used only once, and these Beans are in addition to those earned from the purchase itself.

What are the Missions to earn Beans?

Missions are specific tasks that allow you to earn Beans, and they may change over time. During the Program, Lavazza may also introduce limited-time missions or special offers, which will be communicated through the “My Lavazza” section of the website.

Can I earn Beans with a Lavazza My Way subscription?

If you have an active Lavazza My Way subscription on lavazza.co.uk during the validity period of the My Lavazza Loyalty Program, you can earn additional Beans. With your first Lavazza My Way subscription, you will receive an immediate bonus of 50 Beans. You will also earn double Beans with each subscription delivery. As an example, a £30 order of coffee bought on our website would assign 30 Beans, but the same order in a subscription gives you right to 60 Beans! Additionally, you will advance directly to the Coffee Master level.

Please ensure that the details (name, surname, email address) used for the subscription match exactly with the information provided when registering for the My Lavazza Loyalty Program at www.lavazza.co.uk/mylavazza.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer receive the benefits associated with the subscription.

How do I request rewards?

Each Participant will be entitled to request rewards based on the Beans accumulated, selecting from the available options in the Rewards Catalogue. Rewards will be delivered within 60 days from the reward request. Digital rewards will be delivered via email to the address provided during registration.

How do Levels work?

The Program has three levels based on the number of accumulated Beans.

- Coffee Lover (0 to 299 Beans)
- Coffee Master (300 to 799 Beans or as soon as a participant activates a Lavazza My Way subscription)
- Coffee Hero (800+ Beans)

 

You will only receive the benefits of the levels you achieve once in the 12 month period you meet them. The benefits associated with each level are subject to change from time to time.

 

Once you reach a level, you will stay in that level until the anniversary of the date you joined the Program and for a further 12 months after that. After that further 12 months, your level will reset to Coffee Lover unless you have met the criteria for another level in the that further 12 months (in which case you will stay at that level), or you continue to be a Lavazza My Way subscriber, which case you will remain at Coffee Master level.

 

For example:

If you accumulate 450 beans in your first year of joining the Program, you will reach the Coffee Master level. Your Beans will expire on the anniversary of the date you joined the Program, but you will maintain the Coffee Master level for the second year. If in that second year you accumulate less than 300 beans and you are not a My Way subscriber, your level will reset to Coffee Lover for the third year. If in that second year you accumulate between 300 and 799 Beans, or are a Lavazza My Way subscriber, you will keep the Coffee Master level for the third year. If you accumulate 800 Beans or more in the second year, your status will be upgraded to Coffee Hero upon meeting that criteria and you will retain the Coffee Hero status for the third year.

What benefits can I receive from the Program?

You can receive various benefits based on the Level you reach by accumulating Beans. These include discounts on purchases, free shipping, exclusive competitions, special offers and 3 Prize draws each month.

Is my membership in the Program transferable?

No, membership in the Program is non-transferable. Each participant must maintain their own account.

What happens if I violate the Program’s terms?

Participants who violate any of the Program's terms, commit fraud, or abuse the Program may have their Beans revoked or be disqualified from participation.

Can I earn Beans from purchases made prior to joining the Program?

No, purchases made before a participant’s enrolment in the Program are not eligible to earn Beans.

Are there any limitations on how I can use my Beans?

Beans cannot be converted into cash or other forms of payment. Additionally, benefits from one level cannot be combined with those earned from previous levels in the same purchase.

What are the rules for participating in the prize draw?

Visit the "YOUR BENEFITS" page and click the "PLAY NOW" button to participate in the instant prize draw based on the level you belong to, as specified on the page.

If you do not win, you can try again by clicking "PLAY NOW", as you have 3 chances to win each month.

If you win, you must confirm the address where you want to receive the prize within 10 days of winning; otherwise, you will lose the right to claim it.
